Who We're Looking For
You are an experienced project manager who is comfortable supporting complex new multifamily development projects. You possess sound technical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams toward successful project outcomes. You are motivated to support the regional housing industry, and are comfortable working with affordable housing organizations, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, public agencies, and internal technical specialists.
You have a strong foundation in multifamily construction and building science, an ability to learn technical standards, and the judgment to know when to independently resolve an issue and when to engage additional technical expertise. You do not need to be an expert in each green building certification program on day one. However, you will be able to translate complex certification and technical requirements into clear priorities, decisions, and next steps for project teams.
This position is primarily a project management role focused on the successful delivery of multifamily green building certification projects, including technical review, certification coordination, client support, and internal process management. You will work closely with Earth Advantage's field verification and energy modeling staff to deliver successful project outcomes. While this position is not primarily responsible for field verification or energy modeling, opportunities to contribute technical expertise may arise based on organizational needs and individual experience.
You may have opportunities to represent Earth Advantage as a technical subject matter expert in client education events, workforce trainings, conference presentations, workshops, research initiatives, and other industry engagement activities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
