Work-Life Balance
Time away from work to rest and recharge is essential for maintaining creativity and innovation. We start staff with five weeks paid time off, which increases to six weeks after five years’ employment. Team members are also eligible for a six-week sabbatical opportunity after five years. Additionally, we provide eight paid holidays per year. We also encourage flex time, with a focus on the work rather than a specific set of scheduled hours.
